Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to browse our cars and book a rental on this site, whether you use a mouse, a keyboard alone, a screen reader, magnification or voice control. We design and build every page to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium.
How we check the site
We check every type of page, including the booking form and the checkout, with axe-core, an automated accessibility testing tool. Each page is checked at a phone width of 390 pixels and a laptop width of 1440 pixels, against the WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 rules at levels A and AA. Our latest check, on October 9, 2026, found no failures of those rules.
Where we stand
An automated tool finds only part of what matters. It cannot tell us whether a sentence is clear, whether a form makes sense in the order a screen reader reads it, or whether you can finish a booking with a keyboard alone. We have not yet finished checking those by hand, so we do not claim that the site conforms to WCAG 2.2 AA. Until we have, we would rather you told us what went wrong than that we guessed.
Content from Google
Some parts of our pages may come from Google, such as reviews from our Google Business Profile and maps of our delivery area, and we cannot change how Google builds them. Every map on our pages has the same facts in text beside it.
Tell us about a problem
Please reach out anytime on +1 786-707-6703, by phone or WhatsApp, so our team can assist you. We are open 24/7, Monday to Sunday. You can also email us at contact@rentwithtryah.com. Tell us the address of the page, what you were trying to do and what got in the way; if you know which browser or assistive software you use, that helps us reproduce it. We will tell you what we find and what you can do in the meantime, and we would rather answer your questions about a car, a booking or our terms than have a page get in your way.
