What stood out first was the quality of the photos and the way the cars were presented, everything felt premium, and thoughtfully put together, which made me curious enough to reach out. I ended up speaking with Jacob, the owner, and from the very beginning he made the whole process feel simple and transparent. He took the time to walk me through everything step by step, answered all my questions, and was genuinely friendly, and easy to talk to. You could tell he cares about what he’s doing, and about his clients. What really made a difference was the level of service. He personally picked us up from the MIA, and brought us the car, which made arriving in a new city much more comfortable. Since we’re from Poland, and it was our first time in Miami, his local knowledge turned out to be incredibly helpful. He gave us tips on how to plan our stay, where to go, and how to make the most of our time. I reached out to him a few more times during the trip whenever I needed help with something, and every single time he responded, quickly and with the same positive attitude!😊 As for the car, I rented a Mercedes SL53 convertible and it was exactly what you’d hope for clean, well-prepared, freshly washed, and with a full tank when it was delivered. Everything was taken care of. Overall, it was a really smooth and well-organized experience from start to finish.
